DIY : Carrot Favor

If you went to my sister's wedding, you should get this, if you are a children la. At first, we really wanted to give kids healthy favors. Unfortunately, I can't find any healthier and cheaper choice than this yummy super rings. Alasan.

I love its vibrant orange colour (not healthy juga all those food colouring) and it turned out great as a carrot-look-alike too.

We even made a white carrot. Keropok roda as the filling.

It was so simple to make this cute favor. Maybe you don't even need any tutorial. but...I made a tutorial already. So here, Carrot Favor Tutorial! 

Wedding in 1, 2 and 3

Bismillahirahmanirahim..

It takes a lot of urge to write up everything about my wonderful wedding. Yes. Since February, 10th. I keep wishing my blog would update by itself.

Let's start with the title, I was thinking ''It's a wrap!'' ''God, I'm married!'' ''Here's my ring'' Jelly me please'' ''Married and I'll get preggy'' so, in the end it is just as above.

In all, there are 3 dream-like receptions. I feel it was just a dream to me. Everything happened so fast than I think it should.

I'm really grateful with Allah's blessing bestowed, everything happened smoothly. Yeay! Most of the preparations were done by my family. From kenduri, food and drinks, decoration and much much more were done by them. Huge thanks to my lovely families!

On the other side, as the bride, I was responsible with the look and  hantaran things. plus invites. Maybe next time, InsyaAllah, I'll post about my dresses..and they are up for rent tau..

B for Busy

God! I miss blogging. I've made a promised before to keep on updating kan.

First of all, Assalammualaikum :) and good evening.

While it was 150 days to go before marriage, I was dying to write a post on 100 days..(did I?) . Guess what, now 21 days left. *scream*

Everything has been done according to the schedule (which was made last week). hehehe..Alhamdulillah. As I am tied to 9-6 working hour, nothing much could be done on night. As architecture field is stressful enough to force me to play games all night (excuse :3 je kan)..

Reminisce my life last year, I've never thought to get married this soon. I was posting about twilight, new resolution kan..not forget tons of posts with ryan gosling.. well, new resolution for this year..A good wife, a good companion to my dear husband-to-be.

Thank you Allah. Alhamdulillah.

Guess what, I'll get married in..*counting* ok, it's 6 months from now..shall I be panic? Yes.

I've never thought that he would come this soon for merisik, something like asking my parents permission for us to get married. I was totally surprised. and happy at the same time. Nothing could explain my feeling at that time.

So, I guess this is official.

Merry Marry Night

Hello everyone and Salam Ramadhan.

20-days of fasting has gone by..can you believe it? I still remember how was my first day of fasting.. preparing to break fast at my home, Taiping.. and the rest in between of the fasting day was a blurry images in my mind kan..

So, I'm still preoccupied with the wedding stuff in my head.. and no, I'm not getting married in a short time tau.. It's just like berangan, wishing to marry a young adorable prince..just like when we are a child :) but this time, it's berangan within the limit and trying to make it happens..

Experience has taught me a lot of things. Not all are useful, but some maybe.. All those wedding I've attended, made me thinking why wedding reception at night is not in the list.. It's really hot nowadays kan, even with all those fans, ceiling fans, kipas tangan, fans with water spraying all over..It's not enough. I just wish wedding are done during night..

Some day, my day..my wedding maybe? hehehe... 

and would you guys come to night-time wedding?

DIY : Wedding Wonders

Assalammualaikum and Happy Sunday everyone..

Just finished cleaning up my room, doing laundry, doing dishes..like a housewife..and all force me to think of wedding.. plus the 'apa artinya cinta' playing on tv :D

The love is in the air.. Numbers of my friends are getting married.. by I mean numbers, I got 3 wedding invitations on the same weekend. Guess what, all the venues is "too close"..kutub utara kutub selatan la kan..

and yes, it is the time that makes me feel like I'm getting older.. Older than when you get birthday wishes. but, it doesn't matter actually, I don't really care. What I'm really concern is the finance!

Base on my experience, I could claim that we tend to splurge on wedding..too much.. too lavish. and I really hate the fact that you have to save tons, just to get married. Marriage shouldn't be a burden.

Why not you just do it yourself? So here what I've been googling..

Gifts

It's all there, just search and do it.. or ask someone to help kan..
Happy fasting and too bad I'm working tomorrow..
